December 2007 - Stelis assists in the merger of three IT services businesses in the EAI space

Stelis has assisted in the merger and acquisition of three IT consultancy businesses in the EAI market segment.  The merger/acquisition allows the business group to now move into it's next growth phase.  Stelis will continue to assist the business group in meeting their next set of objectives.


October 2007 - Stelis assists in the sale of key equipment supplier in the aquaculture industry.

The sale of a key equipment supplier in the aquaculture industry was completed with Stelis providing the lead strategic consultancy throughout the process.  The sale successfully completes the strategic planning process which was initiated in February 2006.


April 2007 - Stelis visits the Brussels European Tuna conference and Seafood Expo

Stelis was able to attend the European Tuna conference held one day prior to the annual Seafood expo in Brussels this year.  Stelis was able to participate with key repersentatives of the European Tuna industy in discussions on the key sustainability issues of the industry today.


March 2007 - Restructuring of IT product and services business completed.

In the highly competitive IT product and services industry, Stelis has been able to restructure and focus a leading resource supplier for growth and profitability.  Currently positioned in one of the largest growth segments of the IT industry, the company is now positioning itself for it's first acquisition and expanision into Europe.


December 2006 - Commercializing Emerging Technology grant application successful in water industry. 

Stelis was engaged to provide the business planning and technical documentation for a COMET Grant application in the water purification space.  The application was successful, allowing our client to continue their development path and product release strategy.


December 2006 - New water technology pre-seed funding completed.

Stelis was engaged to provide the business planning and investor ready documentation for pre-seed funding in the water purification space.  Pre-seed funding was secured, which has enabled the business to progress to it's next phase of commercialization. 


July 2006 - European aquaculture project pre-seed funding completed.

The pre-seed funding of a hatchery and nursery aquaculture facility in southern Spain has been completed.  Stelis, in collaboration with its associates, have successfully developed the aquaculture project and secured the pre-seed funding.  The business will now proceed to the next phase of the development plan.


June 2006 - Business plan and financial model developed for Irish Barramundi aquaculture farm

The international barramundi industry has experienced a growth in non-Australian based projects for the grow-out of the species.  Stelis was engaged to model and construct a mutli-variable business model and business plan to detail the business opportunity that the species presents on a global basis. 


June 2006 - Commercial Ready Grant application successful in the IT Industry

Stelis was engaged to provide the technical design and documentation for a Commercial Ready Grant application in the IT space.  The application was successful, allowing our client to continue their development path and product release strategy.


April 2006 - Board of Investment approval for aquaculture project in Mauritus

Stelis, in collaboration with its associates, successfully applied to the Board of Investment of Mauritus for an integrated aquaculture project.


Fedruary 2006 - Development and Implementation of strateic growth plan for aquaculture equipment supply business

Modification and implementation of the business model for an aquaculture equipment supplier to coincide with the market development activities initiated.  The changes have been successfully received by the market and are clearly demonstrated by the growth in market share.


December 2005 - Completed implemenation of strategic commercialization plan with specialised IT service provider

Twelve month commercialisation plan implemented on a specialised IT developer and service provider.  The commercialisation plan included;

  • Re-development of the existing products
  • Improvement of customer satisfaction in the service level of the product features
  • Development of leading-edge technology based on the core intellectual property
  • Resourcing of the business
  • Participation in international debate surrounding the core intellectual property
  • Positioning the business for growth

January 2005 - Acquisition of Email service provider for Private Equity client

Lead the negotiation and acquisition of an email service provider to add further value to an investment in a technology based company by a private equity client.
