December 2007 - Stelis assists in the merger of three IT services businesses in the EAI space.

Stephen Chetcuti - Director

 

Stephen has more than fifteen years experience in Small and Medium enterprises. His work has involved strategy formulation, commercial negotiations, corporate advisory, business development and project management. His main specialization has been in enterprises that rely on the commercialization process; taking technology/products/services to commercial reality.  His linkages in the commercialization process have been through local and international universities and research organizations, converting several technologies into commercial products.

Over this period he has held positions of CEO, COO, CTO and R&D Manager in domestic and international organizations. His experience includes building businesses in Australia, Europe and Asia, across a number of industries however his focus has been in the renewable energy, recycling and aquaculture industries.

Currently he is a Director of Stelis Consultancy working closely with clients in their funding and commercialization activities. This work focuses on business modeling, strategic marketing, investment identification, issues management and developing concept to market road maps. He works closely with our clients in producing commercial results for both short and long term gains.

Stephen's skills are in his ability to identify innovative opportunities and solutions to business problems in areas that conventional analyses have failed. His ability to define competitive advantages in new ways is unique. He works with clients in a cooperative and collaborative fashion that enables them to implement the strategic insights.

Lisa Arnaud - Director

 

Lisa, a commercial lawyer, has been active in the environment and energy industry for over ten years, in Australia and Europe.  Her extensive experience has seen her develop policy and navigate through commercial problems across the gamit of the energy and environmental industries, with particular focus on greenhouse gas abatement and the renewable energy segments.

Currently Lisa is a Director of Stelis Consultancy working closely with clients in their policy and strategic development activities.  This work focuses on industry development, stakeholder management, policy formulation and issues management.  She works closely with our clients in producing strategic and commercial outcomes with an environmental and sustainable basis.

Lisa's skills are in her ability to combine a detailed legal background with her policy and environmental experience across mulitple industries, which are facing the challenges of today in our carbon constrained market place.
